Our history

1974

Established by Nicos Rossos – active in the hotel, property and corporate services industries.

1992

Acquired insurance license and introduced Bupa Health Insurance to the Cyprus market.

2007

Partnered with AIG to offer general insurance products.

2009

Nicos passes the helm to the third generation.

2018

Acquired independent broker license and partnered with leading health insurers.

2021

Acquired Libra Insurance Brokers, a company based in London, offering insurance services to clients around the world.

Our family’s commercial tradition dates to the 1850s, with a business line consisting of merchants, lawyers, bankers and economists. Founded by Nicos Rossos in the mid-70s, the company gradually grew to become one of the leading agents of health insurance in Cyprus.
